The location is perfect. Near by everything and best places(Phi Phi island is small) but also not noisy. You can go easily to everywhere but it is still quiet in this area.
The room was very good for me. It was clean, comfortable and I felt safe there.

Location within Phi Phi ideal for all island has to offer. Close to beach & ferry but still quiet area. Reasonable value for money as Phi Phi goes.
This is a budget hotel but it is clean, comfortable and located in a quiet part of Phi phi. The sea shell restaurant is excellent, the food is lovely.
The hotel was clean, well located in Tonsai (not too noisy during the evening).

in phi phi every hostel is expensive comparing with region. this one was simple but good!.

For 6 nights of stay our room wasn't cleaned at all! The rrom is tine, there is no even some kind of wardrobe there. Our room was on ground flour,and we were separated from the street only by the week glass dour! The curtains were white and not solid so we didn't feel privacy in our own room. I highly don't recommend this place, it was one of worst hotels I ever stayed.
There were ants all over the room and it was way too expensive for
such a small and poor guesthouse. Only to backpackers who can't
affored better.

Very bad guesthouse. Very noisy at night- not only from the shops but
also from the mosque which is nearby. Lots of ants everywhere, the
bathroom is leaking and you get two tiny blankets for two people- never
enough for tall people. Phi Phi is a beautiful island, and you get can
get a better worth for your money at many guesthouses and hotels nearby.
