  The room was excellent. Very spacious and value for many. We had our own swimming pool at the room (they call it a jacuzzi on the website, however it was more of a splash pool type of effect) The swimming pool was a big bonus as it was very hot in Phuket (we went in April the hottest month of the year) so was nice to be able to relax at your own p... τι λέει ο κόσμος » rivate pool with a nice daybed!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was ok, it is just outside of Patong, so you are not in the mid - The staff were fantastic, so helpful. The room was huge, I had a deluxe room with spa with sea views and the best part was the spa had a small pool attached. Loved it and spent heaps of time in the resort. The breakfast was so fresh and variety was great. Ate at the restaurant several times and the meals were great. Each afternoon you got a plate of fresh fruit delivered. No complaints at all about this resort and highly recommend.

  We stayed in a twin-bed at the main wing. Each of the beds was big enough for a 10-year to share comfortably with a parent. First night we were on the stree side and from time to time troubled by the very loud motor bikes racing by.   Had a lovely stay at the guest house, the rooms were huge and amazing value for money, cleaned every single day with fresh towels and water. A big shopping center and the beach and night life are only a walk away but still enough distance so its quite. The food down stairs was lovely 2 cheap and very tasty italian. Honestly lovely place stayed 2 extra nights. - Very friendly welcome from Andrea the boss. Showed me around and give me some tips for good food and best bars. Rooms are very big for the small money. The italian restaurant downstairs is a jewel. For 99bht you get best italian pasta and steaks. its full every evening mostly from italian residence. Excellent have not eat that good italian food since i was last time in Italy....
