The hotel is in a great location - not far from beach and very close to crazy Bangla road! If you are after a quiet place to stay, this might not be for you. I was traveling on my own and enjoyed seeing all the craziness and then only having short walk back to hotel. The pool is great, and the room was lovely and view from rooftop are beautiful. I

The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient.

It was very close to the beach, restaurants and all the shops. The room was nice and big with a good bathroom. There was free use of the computer. It is at the end of a street with many facilities including pharmacies, restaurants, clothes shops, massage places etc.

Very friendly staff. Great views as the location is on a mountain top. Staff was amazingly friendly as it was a family run business. The complementary taxi service to and from Phuket centre makes life easier. The breakfast was made fresh. -

The rooms were better than most other hotels in the same category, the beds especially-not too hard, very comfortable. The staff is very friendly, patient and helpful. The hotel's
location is superb - it is in the middle of all the happenings, yet it
has its own secluded compounds and is quiet in the midst of all the
busyness and noise around it. It is very convenient for us to just walk
a short distance to the Bangla Road or Patong Beach, and retreat to the
serenity of the hotel within minutes. The service of the hotel tour
operators in the hotel is superb. Everything is just perfect!

the room was wxcwllent very nice and cleane , i stayed in standart garden room that was very good and quiet , the brekfest was very good - they must know that there are people that drink there coffe with sweet and low :) , the location of yhe hotel - 10mnts by foot to the beach , 2mnts by foot to all resturant - good location in patong beach - Gre

Location was ace in that it was near amenities but on the edge and was
calm quiet and relaxing. It was clean and spacious, whilst not brand
new, the decor and facilities were great for a three star hotel. If you
want perfect- I suggest you go 5 star, but that always comes with a
price tag! -

Widok z pokoju z restauracji oraz z basenu jest niesamowity. Dobra kuchnia fusion. Nowy hotel. Mało Rosjan:) Przy rezerwacji należy prosić o pokój w budynku głównym pięciopiętrowym (loby, restauracja, basen), ponieważ hotel rozciąga się na wzgórzach w kilu budynkach I można się nabiegać:)
Można tu zaznać spokoju po nocnym życiu na Patongu...

Staying at Arman is great. It serves halal food. No need to search for halal food. The room is decent. Wifi is fast and excellent. Hotel staff also gave great service. -

Location was great - a short walk to the busy party street and around the hotel had plenty of places to grab a bite to eat. Room was cozy & air conditioner was surprisingly OK. Staff were nice but slow to act on requests (could be a common theme across Thailand). Fantastic roof top pool which is great to lounge around in if you've got a spare
