Not the first time we have stayed at BYD Lofts and most definitely will not be the last.
Rooms spacious, modern, clean and airy whilst at the same time, cannot hear a single noise from outside. Great sized balconies and all fixtures/fittings you would expect from a serviced apartment-type hotel experience.

The Staff's attitudes were 'awesome' - so very friendly across the board.

The Guest House is well managed and the owner is very friendly. The receptionist, Ning, is an all rounder, she can book any tour and arrange transport to where ever. We stayed in a twin-bed at the main wing. Each of the beds was big

Friendly helpful staff. Always gave a nice smile :-). You can rent a scooter from the reception and eat a nice meal at the restaurant at the bottom floor of the hotel. We stayed here for just a night so we can't really comment much on the facilities - we were enroute to Phi Phi Island, but we absolutely loved the stay. Patong Beach is a 5 min walk. Bangla Street is right outside and the nightlife is almost at your doorstep but don't worry, Novotel is very quiet; you'll sleep like a baby.

The hotel was at the perfect location, close to the beach and at the heart of Patong. Loved every moment of our stay. The staff were extremely courteous and friendly and we were very happy with the size of our rooms (both family rooms and larger than superior delux rooms). Last but not the least, the pool was simply amazing. Highly recommended hotel. Will surely visit Novotel Vintage Park in the future.

The staff were extremely helpful, the little bus service to and from your accommodation was great given it is built on a hillside. The rooms were clean and comfortable - added extra touches such as a free bottle of water every day, free safe box in room, and at around 4.30pm the doorbell went and we got a small box with two complimentary chocolat
