The place is located at the beginning of Patong Beach. We read people's responses distal hotel, but I did not understand what they were mean. Staff was very friendly and ready to help, however sometimes the
communications was difficult because of the lack of English of some of
them. Location couldn't be better, beach just over the road and
Bangla road just 3 minutes walk. All in all, my stay was really
enjoyable especially because of the nice people I met there. -

A huge thank you to Claudio and his team for making our stay so enjoyable, we intitiallly booked for three nights but ended up staying for six. Room was small but was clean and had everything you needed such as air con and neat bathroom with clean sheets and towels daily. The hotel is at the back of a small side street, literally 100 meters from Patong beach. You can walk to Bangla Rd and all the great places to eat and go out in less than 10 mins so no need for a tuk tuk. Great value for money

We stayed here for just a night so we can't really comment much on the facilities - we were enroute to Phi Phi Island, but we absolutely loved the stay. Patong Beach is a 5 min walk. Bangla Street is right outside and the nightlife is almost at your doorstep but don't worry, Novotel is very quiet; you'll sleep like a baby.

The hotel was at the perfect location, close to the beach and at the heart of Patong. Loved every moment of our stay. The staff were extremely courteous and friendly and we were very happy with the size of our rooms (both family rooms and larger than superior delux rooms). Last but not the least, the pool was simply amazing. Highly recommended hotel. Will surely visit Novotel Vintage Park in the future.

We stayed at The Nap Hotel, since there was construction work at The Sea Hotel. It was very clean, the room and the bathroom are very nicely decorated, it has a big balcony where there is a comfortable sofa. It is very close to beach. Two complimentary bottles of water each day are provided in the room.

Before I had started writing my opinion I decided to read comments of others and compare with what I have experienced in order to give you more credible picture. It was far beyond my expectation. The staff were very friendly. The room was big, bright and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The was a small balcony in our bedroom.
