Poppa Palace provides a great service for the price you pay. All of the staff were fantastic and the bar man even suggested we go to the night market in Phuket Town which we thought was fantastic. He was also very friendly and chatted to us a lot as did the waitress. Our rooms were lovely and clean and maintained daily. There was quite a large selection for breakfast which I found surprising given the price of our stay. We were happy to follow all of the hotels rules and request as it makes

Foyer and pool areas were excellent. Breakfast was fantastic! Liked that the mat in the elevator told me what day it was! Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent location for young couples or friends. If we were to bring our daughter next time, we would stay at a quieter location. Patong is very busy. -

Amazing Hotel. Room and hotel lobby is excellently designed for comfort. Free Wifi and Breakfast! Hotel was very close walking distance to everything....Patong Beach, Bars, Shopping, even Hospital. The service was excellent and the Staff was extremely friendly and second to none. They were extremely kind and very helpful. Their English fluency is enough to hold a conversation with them. We were happy with the location as it was just across from Belle Spa, some restaurants nearby and especially Family Mart just around the corner. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach from the hotel.

Absolutely perfect! Staff very kind, always smiling, trying to speak English as much as they can, will help whenever you need them. Food great taste, quick service, they have nice pool, not big though, but the jacuzzi in it is great. we did not however try sauna cuz we were too busy going to beach ' please don't go to Patong beach, better pay tuk

The location is perfect in Patong, just a small walk from Bangla road, but also down a side soi so it feels a little removed.
The staff are helpful and the facilities are great. We were upgraded to a deluxe room from a superior at no extra charge. The bed base was a little squeaky, but being in Patong we had a bit of a laugh about it. Other than

Nice hotel in a good location, with good facilities, especially the rooftop swimming pool! I went for a deluxe room which was spacious and had a balcony. Good place to relax overall, and close (5 min walk) to Bangla Road, yet far enough not to have your sleep disturbed by the noise.
