  The fact that u only pay for ur stay during check out and great thing is they didn't even ask for deposit. We stayed for 5 nights at Grand deluxe room and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was okay but the ommelette was delicious. Nice rooftop pool with cozy lounge chair, fast check in and check out. The shuttle service was a bonus. Maintenance was good as our bathtub got some - The staffs are friendly and attentive to all our request and needs. A quite and peaceful environment for a night stay. The designs are modern, clean and new facilities. They even provide cool drinking water at the lobby for us to drink each time we came back to the hotel after a day trip. Conveniently located next to a 24hrs convenient store and easy access to restaurant nearby. Overall a very pleasant stay and definitely recommend it to anyone which prefer a quite and comfortable staying envir

  Room is clean & spacious. The staff clean the room everyday. The hotel provide the beach towel also. Quiet during night for a good sleep.Just 5 minutes walk to Patong Beach. About 10-15 minutes walk to Bangla Road. Overall good stay.   Had a lovely stay at the guest house, the rooms were huge and amazing value for money, cleaned every single day with fresh towels and water. A big shopping center and the beach and night life are only a walk away but still enough distance so its quite. The food down stairs was lovely 2 cheap and very tasty italian. Honestly lovely place stayed 2 extra nights. - Very friendly welcome from Andrea the boss. Showed me around and give me some tips for good food and best bars. Rooms are very big for the small money. The italian restaurant downstairs is a jewel. For 99bht you get best italian pasta and steaks. its full every evening mostly from italian residence. Excellent have not eat that good italian food since i was last time in Italy....
