We loved the swimming pools and pool bar. Also there is a lot of palms and other greenery around and it is very tropical looking. Also we had a great welcome and our room was decorated with rose pedals. The resort is very clean. Breakfast was good and there was a good variety of food. Free shuttle bus to Patong was also very convenient. -

We believe it would be an ideal location for young children and families and will hopefully return with ours!

Poppa Palace provides a great service for the price you pay. All of the staff were fantastic and the bar man even suggested we go to the night market in Phuket Town which we thought was fantastic. He was also very friendly and chatted to us a lot as did the waitress. Our rooms were lovely and clean and maintained daily. There was quite a large selection for breakfast which I found surprising given the price of our stay. We were happy to follow all of the hotels rules and request as it makes

The spa centre was well done and provided excellent service and value for money (sports massage highly recommended) rooms were big and the cleaners did a great job every day.New flat screen TVs in great position so you could watch the TV comfortably from your bed.Good location to be able to walk to the beach and the markets. -

The hotel is in a great location - not far from beach and very close to crazy Bangla road! If you are after a quiet place to stay, this might not be for you. This Hotel gave us the feeling of its own little Oasis as it had a great swimming pool private from the street with lovely Palm trees for some shading. It was just a 5 minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes to any sort of shop you needed. we have stayed in Phuket 2 times before in a much more expensive hotel but found Coconut Village equalled it in all ways. We ate the hotel restaurant for 90% of our meals and found them excellent. Highly recommend.

Everything was so easy because the staff were so friendly and helpful.

Beach is amazing! Say in the superior room and get the best views of the beach. Quiet beach with beautiful water and very clean and not busy. Great for family's free shuttle bus into patong! Winning. Not the first time we have stayed at BYD Lofts and most definitely will not be the last.
Rooms spacious, modern, clean and airy whilst at the same time, cannot hear a single noise from outside. Great sized balconies and all fixtures/fittings you would expect from a serviced apartment-type hotel experience.

It's located at the central heart of Patong where you can easily go for Patong beach within 5 mins and town within 15 mins walking. The beachfront location is what I like most. It was convenient for me to hit the beach.
The beach bags provided by the hotel to its guests was such a help. it was convenient for me to carry my stuffs off to the market of to the beach.
The ambiance inside the hotel was very relaxing. it does not sofocate me like a close building hotels.
It was at the best rate deal for a beach front hotel.
It is close to the bar areas and is accesible to the shopping area.
