The bed was very hard, gave me back pains, because of this I will not book them on my next trip.
What I liked was the above excellent service from the staff. That it was central to all shopping, night life and with in a short walking distance of the Patong beach and venues.
Close to everything - beach, transport, food, shopping, tourist atrractions. Great value for money.

Rooftop swimming pools in the hotel facing patong beach. Live band at night at the lobby restaurant. Walking distance to Jungceylon mall,night markets,entertainments,foods restaurants and Patong Beach.
The location is right in the middle of Patting. Bangla is 5 mins, junglecylon mall is 5 mins and the beach is only 10 mins walking. There are great eateries just around the Hotel which are open till 5 AM. Best place to stay if you wanna Party till late hours.
There is a small plumbing issue with the hotel. The water stands for15-20 mins after shower.

I stayed in we Hotel @ Sansabai from 17 june to 20 june. This is the second time we stayed in this hotel and on the both time it does not dissapoint us. For the both time we are 100% happy with the service, location and quality of the hotel. You get what you pay. This is a budget hotel but the room quality, design and service makes it more than that. 3 mins walk to Bangla Rd, 3 mins to their mega mall and 5 to 10 mins walk to Patong Beach. Totally an awesome experience staying in thia hotel. The best part u can sun tan at their swimming pool at level 7 and still feel like ure on the beach becos u can see everything and even hear the wave crashing on the shore.
In the standard room when we open the window there was no open view. All you see is the balcony of the next hotel building. But it doesnt affect me at all becos like I say, you get what you pay for :d If you want a better view take the superior or deluxe. :)
If was excellent location for travel in patong town jst few mins walk down to bangla road ,shopping over the street and for fresh food and massage !! I will suggess to my fren if they looking for hotel in patong !! Nice place to stay !!

Nice pool area with 2 pools on the roof with lots of sun beds? Good value for money in the centre of everything.
No complaints, although if you don't go out late every night you should ask for a room at the back as the singer downstairs, although very good, will keep you awake. Shower goes a little hot and cold and lift is painfully slow but that's just being picky!

If you are looking for night life, location, relaxation this is the hotel for you. As others have commented 3 minute walk to Bangla Road and Jungceylon shopping centre, helpful and friendly staff as well as a roof top pool with amazing views. every thing out front of hotel ( 24hr family marts, food stalls, currency exchange, taxi ) highly recommend staying here.
there is nothing to not like, bit of noise at night but that's just the local hotel singer. If you are polite and happy they are happy. limited English by some staff but they always more then happy to help.

Location was one of the main things that I liked. Close to plaza, Bangla Road and beach and most things were accessible from there.
Lack of soap and other things like toilet paper and shampoo when room was made up. Will have to supply own. Also odd maintenance issues. Minor but annoying.

The Location would be the best of all though there are some others that are much nearer to the nightlife area.
The Bed was Hard ROCK..!!! Gives you back pain after you wake up. Also, i was woken up by the lobby live band at 10pm though I was from the 6th floor. Safe box was locked when I checked in. That's all I guess.. But I won't be back here unless there's no other choices.
The location is good and is really close to Jungceylon shopping center. Also, it only takes 5 mins to walk to Pa tong beach.
It took a long time to check-in, and actually when I booked it, I asked for a two single beds room, but the room they gave to me had only one bed.

Had difficulty getting magnetic room door key to work from day to day. Reception had different views about the problem. Breakfast a bit simple.

Very thin, stiff bed matress im only 64kg and I found it uncomfortable, god knows how someone larger would sleep. Limited breakfast menu compared to other 4 star places ive been to.

Grotty place, blocked shower, & ,constant power outages & staff with a couldn't care less attitude. They had the gall to charge me a one night cancellation fee when I moved hotels even though they had no power. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody. There are much better places to stay in Patong.

Poor staffs - bad smell in the room - the bed wasn't comfortable - too noise - poor brakefast - they don't respect customers - the room design bad - AC was bad - only they gave us one card for room and when i said for them to gave me other card they don't accept
