Loved everthing about Grand diamond. From the time we arriived at
reception and the door boy. Breakfast was good, so much food. Service
was excellent. Staff was attendtive and happy. The location was perfect

I like the location of this hotel, just 0.2KM away from the Platinum Mall, where my friends and I did all our shoppings. Wifi is also quite fast but it's just limited only for 2 persons per room, we are 3. So 1 of us sacrificed not to use wifi, as we need to pay extra for another wifi passcode. We also tried the thai oil massage and it's awesome, a must-try after shopping, the cost is 740baht per person. I will definitely go back on my next Bangkok visit.

Emerald Hotel is located on Rachadapishek Road and is right in the middle of Bangkok's entertainment center. It's walking distance to all the places and near Somboon, a famous Thai curry crab restaurant. The location is fantastic - heaps of resturants, shopping, 5 mins from BTS, 10 mins from MTR. Away from main road so not noisy. Great staff - we had trouble with our Bank holding our credit card (apparently didn't like us being in credit of all things!) but the hotel still let us into our room and were very happy to wait until the Bank sorted out

The stuff are very friendly and helpful and give you the best service. And it´s very silent and peaceful inside the hotel.

Great comfy rooms. Separate shower and bath. Some good city views. Pool
is great as indoors incase of rainbow but with sunbathing area. Gym
adequate. Breakfast is very good choice, if downstairs in lobby cafe
busy 2nd floor Italian restaurant dies breakfast buffet too. Very
helpful staff but reception can be slow. All in all a great stay. -

Close to the road markets, the BTS skytrain and Zen and Big C shopping centers.

1) I recalled staying in ahb 10 years ago. I read of scary review about
the room after booking. However, we were pleasantly surprised with
the space and well kept room given to us upon our request. Toilet is
clean and comfortable.
2) Requested a bed for us as we have back problem- bed was very comfortable.

Airconditioning is exceptional. Hotel is right next to a skytrain station (Ratchathewi) which means you can go door-to-door from Suvarnabuhmi airport by train if you wish (interchange at Phaya Thai), total 60-70THB. There is a 7-11 a hundred metres from the entrance if you need supplies (cheap beer. 5th floor pool is great. Room size is adequate. Multiple restuarants to choose from within the hotel.

good location. It is a furnished apprtment more than a hotel, but without losing any of 5 stars facility. Good choice - jacuzzi in the rooms and the staff is really friendly. Perfect for couples.

Hotel solo is a very comfortable, clean hotel. It's a good location, just 10 minutes walk from the BTS SkyTrain Ploen Chit station. The room was a good size and the bathroom separated the shower and the toilet. The shower has a really nice rainshower in it. The bed was very comfortable too, which was a must as this was our first stop having go

It's very clean, very friendly staff.we got free drinks when we just checked in, every staff always have a smile on face, provide us alot tour and city information also the price range. The price we pay for this hotel really worth the hype.They providing a shuttle car to the street which is close to train and malls, there are some food stalls in front of the hotel too.overall me and my nd enjoy the stay slot.for the condition of hotel, we actually pay less than it's!

The staff were always smiling and very gracious to us, they opened all the doors for us like royalty! The proximity of the hotel is really good for those on a shopping trip. Siam Paragon, Central World, Digital Discovery, Siam Discovery, MBK and Siam Square are all within walking distance. The nicest part was the personal touches of the staff to remember our names and chatted with us whenever they see us. They even came to see us off as we left the hotel. I'm definitely booking this hotel when I revisit Bangkok.
