The hotel location is very near to mbk, siam and grand central shoppingmalls.Morover siam bts is just a minute away. I feel Novotel is ideallylocated and suitable for families with kids and elderly people. - Close to everything was fantastic

Good location, 5 minute walk to Central chidlom and BTS skytrain, restaurants, massage and starbucks around the hotel, Villa Market just across / its a nice studio with kitchenette and dvd player, excellent value!! Helpful staff. - we like the location and the price is good

walk even late at night, with everything you'll ever want within
reach (including a great massage place next door - call Langsuan Spa and

The greatest forte of this hotel is its location. The hotel is situated in a chic area with numerous fine restaurants and it is just 5-7 min walk from/to Chi Lom BTS as well as the Skywalk (overground passageway) connecting all the major shopping malls in the area.
Our studio (rather than a room) was cozy and clean with a well-equipped kitchenette and bathroom. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The staff was friendly but nothing special.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Very central to all restaurants, shopping malls i.e. Platinum Mall, Pratunam Market, Siam Discovery, etc is within walking distance.
The rooms are comfortable and clean. Great amenities. Breakfast was fabulous, a good spread.

Great comfy rooms. Separate shower and bath. Some good city views. Pool
is great as indoors incase of rainbow but with sunbathing area. Gym

Close to the road markets, the BTS skytrain and Zen and Big C shopping centers.

My and friend and I stayed here on the last night of our travels. The hotel was very clean, staff professional and located well. We booked for an executive apartment, however upon arrival we were advised they were full and was upgraded to a Premium room. The apartments are spacious and well equipped. The hotel is excellent in all respects. Staff is very friendly - in fact most Thai people are very friendly. Nice swimming pool and gym, very decent breakfast.

Without exception the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated right in the red light district but my wife and I were perfectly at ease coming and going. the location was pretty good. very near to MBK & if continue further up we can reach Central, Platinum and the rest of other malls as well as the Four Faced Buddha. Though the breakfast wasn't much of variety but it was very delicious and the dining area is very clean & bright! The corridors are in blue lights which changes the atmosphere. We booked a suite for our family of four and were entitled to use the
premium lounge. Service staff were excellent, always attentive, helpful
and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was a wide selection which helped

The location was excellent, the staff were very polite and courteous. I arrived very early in the morning, yet they allowed me to check in and go to my room long before the official check in time. Staff were friendly and helpful. We got room upgrade and half price
breakfast vouchers. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice.
Good location next to the Patpong night market and lots of places near by to eat. The room was comfortable but a little worn. The hotel was good value. It has a pool which is small but fine.
Would recommend.
