The hotel location is very near to mbk, siam and grand central shoppingmalls.Morover siam bts is just a minute away. I feel Novotel is ideallylocated and suitable for families with kids and elderly people. - Close to everything was fantastic

The location of the hotel is excellent. Very central to all restaurants, shopping malls i.e. Platinum Mall, Pratunam Market, Siam Discovery, etc is within walking distance.
The rooms are comfortable and clean. Great amenities. Breakfast was fabulous, a good spread.
The hotel's staff were very helpful and friendly. -

Great comfy rooms. Separate shower and bath. Some good city views. Pool
is great as indoors incase of rainbow but with sunbathing area. Gym

Close to the road markets, the BTS skytrain and Zen and Big C shopping centers.

My and friend and I stayed here on the last night of our travels. The hotel was very clean, staff professional and located well. We booked for an executive apartment, however upon arrival we were advised they were full and was upgraded to a Premium room. The apartments are spacious and well equipped. The hotel is excellent in all respects. Staff is very friendly - in fact most Thai people are very friendly. Nice swimming pool and gym, very decent breakfast.

the location was pretty good. very near to MBK & if continue further up we can reach Central, Platinum and the rest of other malls as well as the Four Faced Buddha. Though the breakfast wasn't much of variety but it was very delicious and the dining area is very clean & bright! The corridors are in blue lights which changes the atmosphere. We booked a suite for our family of four and were entitled to use the
premium lounge. Service staff were excellent, always attentive, helpful

I love the staff at this place. They're so nice, from the doormen to the desk staff and the cleaning staff. My partner and I always felt very welcome here, which is nice because some places make us feel unwelcome because we're a same-sex couple. Also, the internet connection here is quite good - much better than at the Tawana Hotel across the street, where we used to stay.

Celebrating my 1st anniversary with my wife and was surprised to see fresh flowers on our king size bed , a bottle of champagne with tall glass , fruits and even chocolate on table when we enter our room.
Room was bigger than we expected and great city view. Love the bath room design, can actually bath and watch TV same time. Clean bath towel and hand towel in bath room.

Once in a rare while these days you come across a true gem. This apartment hotel is one of those. The accommodation is first rate, the food superb and the staff professional and friendly. Friendly English speaking staff with smiling faces.
