We booked a suite for our family of four and were entitled to use the
premium lounge. Service staff were excellent, always attentive, helpful
and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was a wide selection which helped
given we had two picky toddlers. Love the spacious ensuite bathroom (the

Location is excellent for those who love shopping. Platinum Mall, Centralworld, big c and patnip plaza are all 5 min walk distance. At night, there are plenty of food stalls in the vicinity so we never went hungry. In all, will stay here again for my next visit to Bangkok.

Very friendlty and helpful staff. Staff were friendly and helpful. We got room upgrade and half price
breakfast vouchers. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice.
Good location next to the Patpong night market and lots of places near by to eat. The room was comfortable but a little worn. The hotel was good value. It has a pool which is small but fine.

Loved everthing about Grand diamond. From the time we arriived at
reception and the door boy. Breakfast was good, so much food. Service
was excellent. Staff was attendtive and happy. The location was perfect

I like the location of this hotel, just 0.2KM away from the Platinum Mall, where my friends and I did all our shoppings. Wifi is also quite fast but it's just limited only for 2 persons per room, we are 3. So 1 of us sacrificed not to use wifi, as we need to pay extra for another wifi passcode. We also tried the thai oil massage and it's awesome, a must-try after shopping, the cost is 740baht per person. I will definitely go back on my next Bangkok visit.

good location. It is a furnished apprtment more than a hotel, but without losing any of 5 stars facility. Good choice - jacuzzi in the rooms and the staff is really friendly. Perfect for couples.

It's not my first time ... I stayed more than one time ...I love the decoration of the hotel and very clean and the location is amazing ,,, but the only thing is the Internet facility ,,, 1 of the guest can connect to the Internet but the others can't ... And it's little pit expensive.... Other wise it's amazing :-) .. Thanks a lot -

Once in a rare while these days you come across a true gem. This apartment hotel is one of those. The accommodation is first rate, the food superb and the staff professional and friendly. No one can do enough for you. The gym is full sized the pool enormous and everything seems brand new. I cannot praise it enough as you can see. Exclusive, spacious and comfortable. Beside all of the furnishings
described on letsbookhotel.com we found also iron and ironing desk.
Additionally dryer was added when service spotted that we dry clothes on
the balcony. Great air conditioning. The only of four Thai's hotels
we were in that it worked exactly as expected. TukTuk service to the
nearest bts.

The staff was so friendly and helpful with all of our requests. They were very accommodating and such a pleasure to interact with. Also, the location is perfect! The staff are wonderful and helpful. I have stayed there many times and it is always of the highest standard. Love the pool, the breakfasts, the cafe, the foyer where you can sit and relax and watch the passing parade, love the fact that it is away from a lot of the tourist areas and markets but easy to walk or sky train or taxi to any of them.
