- Extremely friendly and helpful staff. (We checked in and out of this hotel 3 times and they were very helpful in ordering us cabs, storing our bags, helping us do laundry late at night, and even upgraded our room)

the interior design of Sofitel So Bangkok is amazing, and i am impressed by the five Oriental elements that applied in the design. it is so inspiring and hip. The Staff is so attentive and accommodating, as well as very knowledgeable about the hotel. they even offer me a hotel tour, which is fab. i really enjoy the stay there in Sofitel So. -

staff service great!. - The hotel is just a couple of blocks from Lumphini Park and close to the BTS skytrain. There are a lot of good restaurants very close by. The complimentary continental breakfast was a plus and the hotel staff was very friendly.

Once in a rare while these days you come across a true gem. This apartment hotel is one of those. The accommodation is first rate, the food superb and the staff professional and friendly. Staff was very friendly and polite. At the check in the staff recommended us to sign up for a membership to enjoy some other perks like late check out ( which we did). and going/doors slamming etc. -
Surprisingly, the room is clean and new. The staff/owners are so friendly and helpful. Communication in English is not an issue here. Breakfast is simple but that's enough for us, if travel in a group as us, the staff may prepare special breakfast eg porridge/noodle.
BTS or LRT are not too far.
