We were a couple, staying in a windowless room, but experienced no problem -
The hotel is new. Rooms are well furnished, large and very clean. Breakfast is rich, with many coiches, both western and thai, and breakfast room has a nice view from the 12th floor. Wifi is good. Position is perfect, near central station and chinatown, with restaurants and supermarket close to the hotel. English speaking staff is very kind and will help you with anything.

Well located right in the heart of China Town and only 10 minutes walk to the river where you can catch the ferry to see the cities attractions. Excellent and very very cordial staff with personalised service especially in the 7th floor Exec lounge.

The hotel location is very near to mbk, siam and grand central shoppingmalls.Morover siam bts is just a minute away. I feel Novotel is ideallylocated and suitable for families with kids and elderly people. - Close to everything was fantastic

Had stayed there two weeks prior, and booked again family room as hotel offers great value for money. Great location, great facilities and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with enough variety. Affiliated restaurants perhaps a bit overpriced but still great dining there if you do not wish to leave the hotel area. -

The location of the hotel is excellent. Very central to all restaurants, shopping malls i.e. Platinum Mall, Pratunam Market, Siam Discovery, etc is within walking distance.
The rooms are comfortable and clean. Great amenities. Breakfast was fabulous, a good spread.

Once in a rare while these days you come across a true gem. This apartment hotel is one of those. The accommodation is first rate, the food superb and the staff professional and friendly. Location is just perfect: 10 min walk from the famous Khaosan Road and many other tourist destinations easily accessible from there. At the same time the hotel is located on the side street right besides a night market with many tasty food and drink options. Especially when you have a child and don't want to walk far away for dinner.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff also very friendly and most of them understand English so communications is not a problem. The only losing factor they have is the distance to the shopping area. Have to walk quite a long way out in order to get there, so more frequent shuttle trips will be great. -

Friendly staff always ready to help the guest and fulfil my requests (gave me free early c.in when I arrived before 12 a.m and late c.out until 2pm and got facility to take shower and refresh before night flight). Celebrating my 1st anniversary with my wife and was surprised to see fresh flowers on our king size bed , a bottle of champagne with tall glass , fruits and even chocolate on table when we enter our room.
Room was bigger than we expected and great city view. Love the bath room design, can actually bath and watch TV same time. Clean bath towel and hand towel in bath room.
And free wifi in room!
