We were a couple, staying in a windowless room, but experienced no problem -
The hotel is new. Rooms are well furnished, large and very clean. Breakfast is rich, with many coiches, both western and thai, and breakfast room has a nice view from the 12th floor. Wifi is good. Position is perfect, near central station and chinatown, with restaurants and supermarket close to the hotel. English speaking staff is very kind and will help you with anything.

Well located right in the heart of China Town and only 10 minutes walk to the river where you can catch the ferry to see the cities attractions. The room safe was very large to put all your valuables. Staff was extremely polite and accommodating. The extra effort to meet my needs (a box breakfast on the morning I left at 2AM for the airport!) were very unexpected but welcome. While they were always busy, I never felt they were too busy for me. -

great hotel, great service, great breakfast,book the executive suites with the river view, try the 32 floor bar! It's the best coctail bar!for families with children, they have little hilton's facilities, so everything is takes care of! - The service was first class. All the staff without exception were absolutely great. The hotel itself is superb

We stayed in a Superior Double which was large and nicely decorated with
modern décor. Hotel staff were very friendly and check-in was efficient.
The hotel is well located with direct access to the MBK shopping centre and the Siam Paragon complex is located across the road.

Flawless stay from start to finish.
Arrival service from the concierge and reception to the stunning view from our room and the outstanding outside pool. I literally couldn't fault it and would recommend the Pathumwan Princess Hotel to anyone wanting to stay in a luxury hotel without the price-tag! It's also attached to the awesome shopping mall MBK!
The only thing I would say was missing is luxurious bathroom products i.e. shampoo conditioner etc. could be better quality, but taking all thing

the location was pretty good. very near to MBK & if continue further up we can reach Central, Platinum and the rest of other malls as well as the Four Faced Buddha. Though the breakfast wasn't much of variety but it was very delicious and the dining area is very clean & bright! The corridors are in blue lights which changes the atmosphere. THE LOCATION Of this hotel is very good 2 mins to bts . 10 mins to shopping mall Mbk . The staff is nice n attended to my needs within 15 mins time frame .they been helpful in giving out directions as well as help me get a taxi to airport on my last day . Excellent location, skytrain stop in front of the entrance of the hotel. Staff very helpful and the room was very clean and very quiet. Biggest commercial centers of Bkk (siam discovery, siam center, paragon and mbk) at walking distance.. Certainly highly recommended!

Very new, very clean, timeless design, rooftop swimingpool, smiling personal eager to help, very close to great shopping at mbk discovery and paragon. skytrain station(national stadium) right outside the hotel, good food at the restaurant, didnt try the breakfast cause it wasnt included in our booking but we saw it and it looked realy nice, everything about this hotel is very good

... τι λέει ο κόσμος » t of the bangkok the name is Bo Bae, what more???? - We stayed for the 3rd time at the Prince Palace and we just love the facilities and think it provides an extraordinary good value for money. 2 out of 3 stays we have even been upgraded from a standard room to a suite. The huge buffet breakfast, the pool on the 11th floor with a stunning view over the city skyline, etc. We highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent and very very cordial staff with personalised service especially in the 7th floor Exec lounge.
Very good check-in (for exec rooms) in lounge´s privacy, very quick check-out also (G floor).

Very friendly and helpful staff, never a grumpy one as I've seen at most other places. Also seems to have a consistent level of quality. -
Great location near the gay area. Nice finishings and interior design.
