Had stayed there two weeks prior, and booked again family room as hotel offers great value for money. Great location, great facilities and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with enough variety. Affiliated restaurants perhaps a bit overpriced but still great dining there if you do not wish to leave the hotel area. -

The huge buffet breakfast, the pool on the 11th floor with a stunning view over the city skyline, etc. We highly recommend this hotel!

Friendly and helpful Staff - Very prompt in replying to queries, troubleshoot issues, booking of taxi for guest.
Spacious - great for families or group of friends. Big Living Room with huge sofas and large TV.

reception because they only use meter taxis and drivers who actualy
bother to switch the meter on. 99 percent of the taxis dont bother to
switch it on and do u in. A trip with a taxi using the meter from Abloom
to international departures at the airport should cost u about 180 baht.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful always. We were able to change to a different room which suited us better and the staff did everything they could to make sure we were happy, and booked us tours and cheap rates with the local taxi's. Location is just perfect: 10 min walk from the famous Khaosan Road and many other tourist destinations easily accessible from there. At the same time the hotel is located on the side street right besides a night market with many tasty food and drink options. My wife and I stayed a week and we enjoyed it! The owner, Ton, provided airport transfers both ways. He also had his maid cleaned up the apartment in the middle of our stay. There was free WiFi and the apartment was sufficiently equipped for a comfortable stay. The apartment is secured by card access and security guards. -

I like this hotel. It is very exciting to sleep in a room on the 71floor. Staff very friendly. The buffet on the 83 floor, the best inbangkok!! I will return on my next time in Bangkok. - Everything. Very friendly staff and very clean hotel.
