The staff are wonderful and helpful. I have stayed there many times and it is always of the highest standard. Love the pool, the breakfasts, the cafe, the foyer where you can sit and relax and watch the passing parade, love the fact that it is away from a lot of the tourist areas and markets but easy to walk or sky train or taxi to any of them.

My third stay in this hotel, still love it as it is close to the BTS and airport bus station, though you need to take the shuttle to the BTS station. Good that the shuttle is frequent. The facilities of the hotel are wonderful and well-maintained. Well-appointed, large rooms with comfortable king-size bed. The free wifi is great too.
Centrally located and close to BTS, which was one of the reasons why I picked the hotel. And they had tuk-tuk shuttle to drop guests off, and pick up, at BTS station.
Pity I did not have the chance to use the fitness room nor the glass pool facilities. Next time.

Excellent rooms, spotlessly clean.
Friendly and professional staff with a good level of English for those who require it.
Free use of gym and swimming pool is a nice plus and the breakfasts are fantastic.
One slight criticism is that in the information book in the rooms it says they offer a courier service and to contact their business department.

The Service was Splendid and the room was luxurious big and clean and well-maintained for Bangkok Standards. It is just 1 stop away from Siam BTS station, Ratchethewi BTS station is just next to the hotel, 1 min walk away. I stayed in a Grand Deluxe Suite that was 70+ Sqm big. All the staffs were friendly but not over-friendly, they know when to let you have some personal space, which is super good for us. the location was pretty good. very near to MBK & if continue further up we can reach Central, Platinum and the rest of other malls as well as the Four Faced Buddha. Though the breakfast wasn't much of variety but it was very delicious and the dining area is very clean & bright! The corridors are in blue lights which changes the atmosphere. Staff were wonderful, breakfast was very good, the room very clean and comfortable, all at a very reasonable tarrif. It was also in a great 'buzzy' area. - Perfect location, right in the city center. Spacious room, superb breakfast. Helpful staff, good travel agency and massage in house.

We booked a suite for our family of four and were entitled to use the

Location is excellent for those who love shopping. Platinum Mall, Centralworld, big c and patnip plaza are all 5 min walk distance. At night, there are plenty of food stalls in the vicinity so we never went hungry. In all, will stay here again for my next visit to Bangkok.

Excellent and friendly staff. Modern boutique hotel, closeby the big shopping areas of Bangkok.
We liked the pool, on the 8th floor, as well as the generous amounts of complimentary water bottles and the complimentary drinks & snacks in the room.
Staff was very helpful in setting up 2 diner reservations at Bangkok's nicest rooftop restaurants.
