  Butler service is amazing, speaks english well and he remembers his guests. I wanted to tip him but he wasn't around after i tried to get my money each time. I will make sure to do it the next time I am there. All hotel staff are friendly and very helpful.   Excellent rooms, spotlessly clean. Friendly and professional staff with a good level of English for those who require it. Free use of gym and swimming pool is a nice plus and the breakfasts are fantastic.   Very friendly and helpful staff, never a grumpy one as I've seen at most other places. Also seems to have a consistent level of quality. - Great location near the gay area. Nice finishings and interior design. Buffet was amazing. Staff was generally polite and helpful.
