  The hotel had some excellent deals going which included breakfast. It is a private boutique style hotel with a full sized bedroom seperate to a living area and bathroom. The balcony overlooked the ocean and the rooftop pool was inviting with 99 baht cocktails on sunset. We were also given a 10% discount off massages next door. It was a great little getaway close to good shopping and resaurants but far enough away from the hustle and b - Everything was wonderful, the staff, the breakfasts, the pool and the cute cocoon sun shelters. There was a bit of a view from the rooms but a lovely view to the beach from the pool level (3rd floor) free wifi. And the staff always helped me get started. Very helpful and caring when my daughter had gastro the day we were checking out. Let us stay longer and relaxed in foyer waiting for the taxi. Thanks Starfish and Baby. Lovely new clean hotel.

  It was an amazing experience. I was there with an 18 month old and staff were amazingly friendly and great to my kid. A traineee staff called Pui was extremely facilitating. I loved the property it had everything you could ask for. The rooms were always clean. Buffet breakfast had everything one could ask for.   The suites were way above our expectations. The view was fabulous and the apartment very spacious and great value for money. We had King bed as requested and 15th floor. Staff were very friendly and helpful- even security. Absolutely loved it and would recommend it highly. The bed was firm but very comfy. However, facilities at Centara Karon Resort are excellent. ie Spa, Fitness Centre, Kids Club, Kids Pool Complex, Kids Playground (Guests at Waterfront Suites have card access to all these additional facilities).

  The room was lovely, there is a detail for design. I loved the king size bed with really comfortable mattress. We travelled with an infant and the hotel was kind to put in our room a baby cot free of charge. I have to say the baby cot was really nice : wooden made with all linen provided. The beach is a 10 minute walk through the town center and I thought Karo - Baan Suay is a lovely little guesthouse with a gorgeous restaurant and very friendly staff. We had a lovely spacious room which was bright, had a balcony and long windows with a pool view. The bathroom was a good size with really powerful shower. The pool was really nice even though it was small. The staff were very friendly. The food in the restaurant was nice.

  welcoming friendly staff, always very helpful with tips/advice for tourists, and where to shop for good prices. VERY clean, quiet and relaXING. i EXTENDED MY STAY TO 2 WEEKS FROM 5 NIGHTS BECAUSE i LIKED IT THAT MUCH! - We had a four night stay of which we found the staff very pleasant and helpful.
