Staff was very helpful and friendly, smiling a lot even if not all of them could speak english, but they always tried to do 110%. Dorm room was nice, comfortable beds, enough fans. Great place to stay, just 5 minutes walking straight from the bus stop. It is really cheap but the rooms are well equipped and cozy. Even have mosquitonets. Staff is friendly and helpful and the owner a supernice guy. I enjoyed staying there, especially for what you get for your money and i could recommend it to everybody, even to families because it is not loud there at all. One of my favourite places so far.

This place was by far my best guesthouse this trip, maybe ever. It was squeaky clean, with well arranged rooms and lots of electic outlets to charge my gadgets. The staff was as helpful as their somewhat limited English would' allow, even telling me of an important change in the immigration office in Chiang Kong where I was headed.

Excellent place to stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly. After traveling over 20 hours they were kind enough to get me something to eat. The entire place is spotless. Included in my room was fridge, air con, cable, bottled water, king bed. There is free breakfast daily which included a soup or noodle dish. Free and available 24/7 is coffee and tea. They are very organized and gave me a map of the surrounding area. There are tour books which they will book and its reasonably priced. I took

I love the quiet environment and hotel, itself is located near the city centre, just a few minutes by riding motorcycle.
My double room is pretty clean, with free wifi and private bathroom, but it got problem so the water pressure was very weak. Still be fine with me!

Our stay in Ban Lom Jen was one of the main highlights during travelling in Tailand. The place is great! It is clean, comfortable and has everything needed. We just loved this place! The owners made us feel so welcome, attending
to our needs and sharing stories. They invited us to join a bbq in the
evening, offered us a ride to center when they were going, etc. The view
from the back terrace (with a nice relaxing area) is green rice fields
and hills. And from the restaurant/reception you can see the river
flowing by. The food was delicious, and for breakfast we got to choose
what we want. The place is only few months old, everything is new and
