  The staff were outstanding. So helpful, friendly and smiling always. Position within old part of town excellent particularly for Sunday night markets. Pretty setting. - The hotel was beautiful, in a central location but its own little quiet idyll. The staff were very welcoming and could not have done more to help. Highly recommended.

  1) Excellent infinity pool - salt water pool, segregated area for Small kids though small. Jacuzzi area with a bar 2) beautiful & luxurious rooms with king beds, comfy pillows 3) bathroom was very grand & luxurious. Bathtub was the best we had ever used! Big, oval shaped & roomy. Superb! 4) birthday surprise with cake, candles & matches 5) b - the staff were wonderful nothing to much trouble always helpful.lovely location on the river, spoilt for choice with a variety of different menus to choose from and a lovely swimming pool and and spa/massage centre.should we ever travel to chaing mai again we will put this hotel top of our list for accommodation
