This hotel is the best we've stayed at in Thailand. Rooms are located in a wonderful garden with swimming pool, it is very calm and comfortable. I really like the design of the hotel. Althought it;s in old city, but it uses buildings to circle an area and create a private/quiet space in the noisy city. Also, the location can not be better, it;s just in the center of the Sunday walking street, you just need to step out of the entance.

The great care that the staff extended to my husband and myself. Nothing was too much trouble for them. As we were elderly it was sometimes a little difficult for us but all the staff were unfailingly kind and did not make us feel that we were nuisances. My highest praise for all of them.

The check-in was efficient and friendly. The lobby was imposing and what a 5-star hotel should be. The suite was well decorated and spacious and had everything we might have forgotten at home. Early check in was no problem. The apartment was spacious and well equipped (although children had to share double bed in 2nd bedroom).
The hotel is not very far from town and we had no difficulty getting shuttle into the night bazarre when required. Being slightly out of city was good as you didn't really hear traffic but more village type sound

My wife and I have just enjoyed a six night stay at the Grand Napat and was extremely impressed by the cleanliness and the staff, both on reception and in the restaurant. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them and their English is very good. The hotel is approximately a fifteen to twenty minute walk to the old city or a tuk tuk ride for approximately 80baht. The hotel is small and boutique but has everything you need. the pool is smaller than other hotels but its fine for cooling off and a quick swim. There are not too many rooms in the hotel so there are never many people at the pool and there are always chairs and loungers available.

Definitly loved it! The hotel it self has a vintage charm. Staffs were probably one the nicest we've never met. My mom had a little accident so they arranged us to the hospital, and they didnt even take the tip. We really appreciate the help! WIll definitly come back!!

The staff were helpful, we were picked up and the car arrived exactly on time. The actual hotel and apartments are only a year old and are stylishly decorated. The apartment was large, clean, and comfortable. We loved the location as well...we were not in a touristy area at all, so we got to experience authentic Chiang Mai.

We went in the hot season, just before the rainy season, so the place

We (2 adults + 1 child) stayed at KP for 3 nights in one of the 94 sqm Lanna villas. That was a great deal well worth the extra 50USD/night for enjoying full privacy, private garden, outdoor jacuzzi, massage tables and steam room. KP site is well kept, the room service spotless, the breakfast royal (bit weak on the pastries though), the staff very friendly and access to downtown made hassle free thanks to the KP shuttle bus (book it well in advance especially on WE) or you can always book a cab

We stayed at the Twenty Lodge for 5 nights. It is such a quaint little place with loads of little pretty details, which we loved. The manager of the Lodge, his name is Nont I believe, is very lovely. Hotel staff were very friendly, always smiling and always ready to help, location was good, very quite, and a nice walk to the city's life and food. Breakfast was the same daily but was still very nice and again staff always pleased to help. Swimming pool was perfect for cooling off after a long hot day, but was very strong with chlorine. Rooms were large very clean and fresh bottled water daily.

The lady that runs the villa (Pray) is a breath of fresh air, very
helpful and positive and always happy to help. I can say that
because of her we felt extreemly welcome comfortable and happy to
stay at the villa.
I have traveled to many locations and must say that the people really make a difference.
It's not a five star hotel, more like a family

Everything was great. It is a family run business and the service you receive is excellent to say the least. Was upgraded to a better room without any extra charge and stayed there for 7 nights.
It is slightly outside the city by the river but to me that was an advantage. The hotel provides free shuttle service to the main own twice a day and I can assure you that distance is not a problem. We had the 2 bedroomed apartment and it was huge! It was beautifully clean and modern and in great condition. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Although it is a 10 minute walk to the town it is very handy for the great restaurants by the river (we ate at 3 of them) and is in a quiet area so you are guaranteed a good nights sleep. Fantastic place to stay.

I travelled by myself and on arrival at De Naga, the staff made me feel at home as soon as I arrived. very friendly, warm, welcoming and helpful and truly respectful of your space and time.
