Me and my friend (2 girls) got the last room due to a cancellation.We were totally satisfied!
After booking I received a call saying that there was no twin bed rooms anymore as requested as it was the last room and if I was ok with a double bed room. The day before arrival they called again to confirm if we would really come. I am Thai/German and my friend is German and I have been to Chiang Mai many times, so I know the area and was pleasantly surprised by that hotel. It is so cheap and really. όλα τα σχόλια »
it was clean and neat, ,toilet & shower was clean, staff very friendly & helpful, we booked our trips from there and found them to be good, we used the Somporn tours and was very pleased with their tours,I travel all over the world and I thought that the tours were some of the best I have had, and there meals we good. The hotel was good value for the money.
Walk 2 min to Taepe gate, a lot of street food, night market, massages at there. Reception lady is very sweet and helpful. Wifi good, hot shower. The room rate is cheap, worth the money.

The bath room wall was not going all the way to the ceiling, there was like a 15 cm gap, so we could hear each other, first we thought it was weird but we just turned the TV louder and then it was ok. Also, we managed not to get everything wet, but a shower curtain would be nice just to seperate from the sink and toilet. Other than that, nothing to complain about.
In Chiangmai night is cool, actually fan room is ok. But for my room, maybe the design. The room is much warmer than outside. Difficult to sleep at night.
- The wash basin was heavily leaking
- Got stung by a wasp while I was sleeping. They were plenty of them.
Noisy rooms, don't expect to sleep until too late, you can hear all
the street noise, bad isolation between rooms, could even hear
everything that the couple in the room beside was doing!!.

The room is small and shower room is smaller, no hair dryer, no additional facility to provide.
Slow internet, frequent disconnections.
No tv in the room.
Noisy room and some difficulties at the checkout. I left the place at
around 7 A.m, but the front desk agent was still sleeping, and if I
didn't insist to get back the key deposite (500 Baht), she
wouldn't gave it back.
