The room and wc were spacious and well equipped, with the comfort
required.
The pool side area was good.
The fact that this resort was a few hundred meters from the most commercial/crowded areas made it a calm place to relax.
Although there was a mistake taking our booking, the manager acted quickly to resolve our issue.

comfortable, friendly staff and even brought us to airport got 100b per
person. Nice pool overlooking the bay. Definitely stay here again if in
chaweng as really good value for money. Close to airport also.

Good value, large sized, clean rooms with great wifi connection. The pool is large and the pretty private beach is 2 min walk. A walk into Chaweng is about 15-20 mins, passing some cool bars, restaurants and shops on your way. It's nicely located as it is away from the main hustle and bustle of the main centre. -

Kandaburi is the perfect resort! The staff are lovely and very helpful.

Excellent wifi connection. Excellent design for the rooms as it is apartment style designed and not only room style. Excellent location of the balcony. Simple, carefree living. Excellent staff service. If you are looking for a budget stay, this is perfect place.
I would definitely come back and book this place again. -

I stayed with my 14 year old son at this resort for 4 nights, in the middle of July. And we had an amazing stay! The staff were outstanding, even though the resort was fully booked. Stayed in this hotel for 6 days. Helpful and kind staff, the best beach that we saw in the island (this part of Chaweng is not so noisy and dirty), clean sand, sea. Breakfasts are very good. Rooms are nice (we booked the cheapest room and were happy, because nobody was walking along our room, and there were no noise as at the rooms near the swimming pool and beachfront rooms). I cannot fault Baan Haad Ngam at all. From the very second we arrived we were greated with wonderful service, smiles and the feeling of being in a magnificent resort.
It was better then what we could have ever expected. Our next trip over to Koh Samui is already being planned and we intent to stay at BHN Resort again. It has everything.

The best service and most well informed staff. The spa, beach, pool bar

The location is close enough to the busy part of the beach and beach
road without dealing with the noise and crowds. The front desk staff all
spoke great English. The pool is one of the bigger I've seen on the
island. The room was comfortable enough for me to live in long term.

Amazing views from the beachside pool villa (well worth the extra cost)!

Great facilities for the price, excellent value for money if you're traveling on a budget.
Great location for a family/beach trip - hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the best sands in Samui. It's a ten minute bike ride away from Chaweng's main drag though, which is not ideal if you're in Chaweng to party, but it is if you're there for the beach.

Rather close to the beach, very helpful staff, who spoke English, even though it was not perfect. Hotel offered big variety of tours that a guest can book at the reception. You can use a beach chair near Synergy hotel for free, if u stay in this hotel. market with fruits, family mart, chaweng walking street are very close. great value for money. stayed at another hotel which was more expensive between lamai and rocky beach and even wanted to cancel our booking and return to Lemurraya.
