Good location, close to the beach, market shops, bars, nightmarket. 24hr mini mart nextdoor. Good wifi signal, rooms were very clean with air con you can leave on all day (some guesthouses need the key to keep electric on). Booked in for 2 nights, stayed for 5. Rooms are 100m or so off the main road so is pretty quiet even at night. Safety deposit box was reassuring to have. Would stay here again.

Easy acess from the beach but it is at the very south of chewang beach so it takes about half an hour to walk to the centre but it's a pleasant enough walk Value for money very good would recommend it..staying an extra few nights negotiate a discount ..enjoy :). This guesthouse is well kept compared to a lot i've seen... the rooms are very clean and well maintain. The shared toilets were always very clean and looked after too... great for backpackers on a budget wanting to visit this island. this place offers amazing value for money esp in a place like samui its quite a walk to the centre of things but we didnt mind that place was clean and air con worked well. Staff were so friendly. Nice big clean room and comfy bed. Only stayed one night but great internet connection and was relaxing. Big room with table etc. Good wifi, clean bathroom,very close to the beach.a lot supermarkets etc. Around. Near by beach and familymart, room is big enough. - really close to beach - great value. Large rooms. It was basic accommodation but clean, tidy & value for money. Location. You get what you pay for. Don't expect much. You'll feel sorry when you see where you could habe stayed paying a bit more and probably regret it. Good if you're trying to cut down costs though. Good location, close to chaweng Beach. There is always a person in reception, and they are friendly, but not always very helpful. Good location. 2 lovely cats live near reception. Wifi signal a bit weak, depending which room you have. Distance from centre but plenty of taxis or a 25 min walk!! It rained most of our stay so didn't get to make the most out of it but a nice clean room with tv and dvd player made this better you can get DVDs from reception :). really basic but you get what you pay for we had the very front room which was unfortunate as the ones at the back looked alot nicer and didnt get noise from the road we were woken up by two people argueing outside at about 1am but this couldnt be helped. Not that close to main strip .Thats it. A bit smelly, even with open Windows. Aircondition is not good，walk about 20mins to center of Chaweng。. Bed is really uncomfortable. Uncomfortable mattress and pillows, staff seemed like they couldn't care less. The rooms are really really hot, the fan is not enough, and is not worth it to go for a aircon room anyway. The should clean more often. It was most stuffy room ever I lived! In daytime to stay at room was impossible! Very hot and stuffy. It was room 10, up stairs. And be suprised to find bed bugs! In showers just cool water. They has no kitchen with simpliest things like microwave and teapot. When you ask about room cleaning you need remind about change bedclothes.
