We were in this hotel many many times. I even any more don't know, how many times we were there.
Our last visit to this hotel took place in July, 2013. At first, we thought to change hotel to diversify our visit of Bangkok. But then decided that Chatrium for us like a home and decided to go again to Chatrium. And again we didn't regret. The hotel

This resort has everything!
The apartments are massive, modern, incredible. Pool is stunning, great gym, restaurant, pool bar, wellness spa, children's playground, all day room service... I thought I'd died and gone to heaven...!
I wouldn't stay anywhere else.
Plus the convenience store (mini-mart) located on site was a blessing!
Perfect for couples, families, health & wellness, business or leisure travellers.

Well located right in the heart of China Town and only 10 minutes walk to the river where you can catch the ferry to see the cities attractions. Nice hotel with well-sized rooms (both 2BR appartment and 1BR appartment), very comfortable beds and excellent in-room facilities.
Location is little bit far from Sukhumvit (for walking), but still OK. There is also a free tuk-tuk service to Emporium, provided by the hotel, but I didn't use it.

P.S. excellent water pressure in douche, which is often an issue in Bangkok hotels. -
We love the beds, definitely the most comfortable I have slept in.
The hotel is a bit out of the way from main shopping and restaurants, however its only a short tuk tuk away.
We would recommend that you walk away from town about a 5 minute walk away is Flow house surfing (look for the Maverick Sports Bar) It is great fun and food there is great too.
All in all our stay there was great and would definitely go back there on our next visit to Bangkok

Great location for everything .... very close to the skyrail
If you get to spend a few days in Bangkok, please book the tours directly at the hotel. The people there have a great value for money and are very flexible, putting you a personal package together.

its really well located and the staff are helpful and friendly. its pretty good value for money although its not that cheap but relative to other hotels in the area this is really the pick of the bunch. The hotel is obviously trying to be a standout hotel.

The location is fantastic - heaps of resturants, shopping, 5 mins from BTS, 10 mins from MTR. Away from main road so not noisy. Great staff - we had trouble with our Bank holding our credit card (apparently didn't like us being in credit of all things!) but the hotel still let us into our room and were very happy to wait until the Bank sorted out

Excellent and very very cordial staff with personalised service especially in the 7th floor Exec lounge.

Location is just perfect: 10 min walk from the famous Khaosan Road and many other tourist destinations easily accessible from there. At the same time the hotel is located on the side street right besides a night market with many tasty food and drink options. Especially when you have a child and don't want to walk far away for dinner.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful always. We were able to change to a different room which suited us better and the staff did everything they could to make sure we were happy, and booked us tours and cheap rates with the local taxi's. Once in a rare while these days you come across a true gem. This apartment hotel is one of those. The accommodation is first rate, the food superb and the staff professional and friendly.
