Ther Service, Staff are over friendly, Breakfast was great, I moved to Raddison hotel which is also great but i'll be back again to Merisess hotel

The location was not great for me but it might be good for other people, however this is a very good hotel and i would recommend it to every one the management are so friendly and professional, ther service staff are the best in Thailand or maybe in the world

Room was really good, we booked a suite premier, a little bit noisy though.

You could see that the hotel was really new,lack of services,like asking for towels, breakfast not served at the time we requested,information about sightseeing not really good

The hotel located at Sukhumvit 16 is in a quiet area which in my opinion is a plus as the nearby more popular streets are noisy and dirty. Easily assessible to BTS/MRT stations. The room is in excellent condition and the staff are friendly and ever helpful to your needs.

Limited TV/cable channels in the room. Not enough Thai or International channels for entertainment. The lift and staircase were rather small for customers to carry their luggage into.

The location was good. (about a 10 min walk to the Asok BTS station). But not all taxi drivers will know of it offhand. There is a day market (weekdays only). The room was spacious. Bed was too comfortable (zzzz)

The amenities are still not fully up. Also, the three rooms that I had booked did not have the same essentials. For example, not all rooms had kettles or flasks or rubbish bins. Breakfast orders were also mixed up througout the stay there

All staff where friendly and helpfull. 10 mins from MRT/BTS stations,

hotel not finished, noisy in daytime, limited TV channels in the room. Aircon in bedroom was too noisy

Personnel very nice, friendly and accommodating. Good breakfast servedin the room.

Not located in the center of attractions. Hotel is not finished, somehidden areas of my room also. Very good design intentions but the resultis not as good as intentions, especially on lighting. Tv channelslimited (nor thail neither popular internationnal channels)

The staff is very nice, kind, helpful and welcoming. The hotel is clean and new (the construction are not yet finished) and the hotel is not far from the airtrain and the metro stations.

I would have enjoyed it more if the hotel has more facilities like a pool or its own restaurant. Also, because the constructions are not yet completely finished, the noise can be disturbing. But after all it was a good experience and the staff is really nice, helpful and kind.

The rooms were very comfortable and well designed

The hotel description had mentioned a jacuzzi in their bathrooms but itwas just a bath tub and nothing else.

Staff were good people. but cannot speak Thai.

There was no telephone in the room. There was no suspender in the closet. It was cheap!! I think that 1,500THB are proper prices. It is necessary to go to the food land to eat breakfast. A day of rain and a hot day are troublesome.

The hotel is new and not completed yet so most facilities are not available. Bathroom is given only a soap bar. Breakfast has to be taken outside the hotel at the nearby foodland. It is plain and minimum, anything extra will be charged. Have to walk about 15mins to the skytrain.

Hotel not finished. Electricity failed constantly. Very disappointing!

The sink in the kitchen wasn't clean, there were big brown stains in the tablecloth, the showerdoor did'nt close, there was a huge hole in the ceiling of the bathroom, the shower in the bathtube was'nt working, there wasn't enough waterpressure to fill the bathtube unless you waited a very, long time.And we had to walk 500 metre to a restaurant in a supermarket to get a very poor breakfast.
