All I can say is wow! It was a stunning place to stay! It was so cheap but it was beautiful! The staff were amazing and friendly! Especially 'superman' or so he claimed to be! I cannot recommend this place enough! The view was phenomenal! Hire bikes as its the best way to get around on the island and you'll have the best time of your life, I know me and my brother did! The free breakfast was great and in fact the food there all time of day was dirt cheap and phenomenal! Cannot fault you Toscana.
όλα τα σχόλια » Tutto!!! The best place I ever found in Thailand. Just in the middle of the two center of commerce (shops, restaurants, bars, pubs etc.). Silent. Excellent relation price/services. Workers are nice, helpful, smile always. Very clean. Wi-fi for free. Any extra you want is at the slowest price that you can find outside. Good kitchen (good bcs I'm Italian so we are hard to be satisfied on that). Swimming pool little but with any comfort. Ps: I was not paid for that judgement ;). Clean, big rooms and brand new hotel, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is not as bad as everyone seems to be saying here, you actually are very close in the middle of the island so it is equally close to Chalok and Mae Hadd and you can get there in 10 minutes on foot, but if don´t want to walk you can always rent a bike for 150 bath per day. The food in the bar is reasonably priced and nice and they always offer you drinking iced water free of charge. The room was very nice and clean. It has everthing you need, good AC and refrigerator. Is located in central area (but away from the most touristic and animated area, which I think is good). Is not in front of the beach, but the motorcycles have problems to get to the hotels in front of the beach due to the slope of the road, so keep that in mind if you want to go out in the night. Swimming pool, free wifi, big and clean room. Many electrical socket for charging. Include breakfast. Tasty and reasonable price restaurants around. A small store nearby. You can rent a bike nearby too. You can get to 7-11 by 5min bike. Cheaper taxi to the pier. lovely room , the most comfortable bed, staff friendly , great service ...They not on the beach but they have free shuttle 2 time per day in high season . really comfortable for guests., rent the bike easy to get everywhere , they have the shop outside nearby. we only stayed for 1 night but found the hotel to be very clean. there are no restuarants near the hotel so ideally rent a motorbike. in my opinion a motorbike is the best way to see the small island of Koh Tao. very beautiful beaches and view points. rooms are very clean, nice and confortable; nice swimming pool. very nice boat-trip (small group, and the skipper "superman" is great!). if you need something ask to "apple", she speaks english and is very kind and will help you for everything. A short distance (about 1 km) from the ferry piers at Mae Haad Bay and only about 0.5km from some good diving schools in Chalok Baan Kao. Location is between chaalok bay and mae haad. Free ride to the pier. bed is comfortable room is a nice size. Leaving and only staying 3 nights :(. Sometime no electricity. Not many space for parking. If you rent a ATV, you need to park outside. Check out time is early 11am, and check in time is late 1pm. far from see, you must rent a motorbike. Some of the surrounding premises could be noisy and a little intrusive. Location is 15 minutes waking to the nearest beach. Walking back requires walking up hill. No new towels provided on our stay. Does not look as good as the pictures. Looks more like a backpackers! There was some renovation going on with some rooms so not sure if this is responsible for the shabby appearance of exterior areas. No safe. Variable quality internet connection. Room not serviced some days. - 15min walk to the beach - it is not really located in he centre but you reach almost everything in 15min or just rent a motorbike, what makes everything a lot easier. We arrived at 3pm and couldn't check in until 5pm even though check in time is advertised as 1pm. No apology made by the management. No bikes available when we got there. the location...too far out...I thought it was nearer the beach but they tried to help with the shuttle bus. Breakfast. Location - expensive to get to Sairee (too far to walk), beach a good 15mins walk away. You need to rent a motorbike because of the location, but for us there was no problem. But if you don't Drive a motorbike then you should pick another hotel. Sometimes there was a bit smelly on the bathroom. nothung. No fresh juices. If you Rent a Scooter go left and walk Down the Road until you See a Monkey on a tree on the left side of the Road. There you can Rent cheap The reception Takes us to a Shop next to us but it was Too expensive. A little bit far from the beach. About 20min walking. No sea view. The food is not amazing. not close to the beach. Location could be better, but service definitely makes up for it. Not much to do in the direct neighborhood (hire a scooter!). Stinky bathroom You absolutely need a motorbike or a car to move around Too expensive for the location and service Toscana Bar&Restaurant is expensive. In my room toilets were leaking, very bad smell in the bathroom, the staff says it will be fixed tomorrow but they never came.. Rooms are only cleaned after 3 days or you can ask the reception but be patient. Hotel restaurant is pretty expensive and its meals are not good at all especially for this price. food is awful far from every beach motorcycle they rent is too small and dangerous to rent because the island has many steep hills. staff is not rude but not friendly.
