Everything. The resort is so lovely, everything is so clean and top quality, so expense has been spared! The pool is amazing, spotless and at night it all lights up - so nice to sit around! The staff are the friendliest we have met in a long time, always there to help but just leave you to do your own thing too. Location is great - off of the main road so no noise but close enough to walk - lots of good restaurants around. Can rent a moped for not a lot next door off a nice man and his wife. Ho.

Staff overall we're very good, helpful when needed help getting in to our room after losing the key at the Full Moon Party! We were charged about £20 for the loss but that is our own fault. Nice quiet setting but within 5 mins walk of the main road in Ban Tai with a few restaurants and bars and ideally situated for an easy ride to the Full Moon Party. Amazing place! Booked for 3 nights but ended up staying 7 nights as we loved it that much. Deluxe poolside apartments are luxurious, in fact the whole complex is very modern. Pool and jacuzzi are excellent. Great location from Half Moon Party.. About 5 mins drive, but location is very quiet which is good if you wish for peace and quiet away from the parties. Great food and drinks. Friendly and helpful staff. We liked everything here! It was one of the nicest places we stayed in our 9 weeks of traveling Asia! We stayed in the poolside deluxe bungalows and they were just class! So clean and comfortable for such a reasonable price! The rooms look exactly like the pictures! The food was delicious & the staff were so so helpful & friendly!! Great Spot! :). We stayed here for 5 nights. The staff were so lovely and really helpful. The pool was amazing and its also really close to the beach. Its situated a few minutes walk from baan tai which we found to be the nicest town on the island. A great time was had here and we would definately go back!!!. Clean, good pool, excellent meals they have a great cook, staff very friendly. English owner Allan very helpful with places to visit and things to do. Am was also helpful with her local knowledge & food expertise. Really enjoyed our stay. arrived to a warm and friendly welcome. stayed here for the half moon party and found the location to be ideal to relax afterwards. the poolside bungalow was spotless. we would highly recommend this place, and already have done on our travels. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Design and furniture of the room was very modern. Staff was very friendly. Food was nice. The environment looks nice and it was very quiet. I prefer to stay here again if I visit Koh Phangan once more. Everything. I have stayed at this resort before, that's why I returned. I know that both Am and Alan will help you in anyway they can. I find this resort a truly wonderful, relaxing and beautiful place to stay. The location of the resort is very good as in it's not on the main strip and it's very relaxing around the pool. The staff accomadated us when we asked to move rooms. The manager was very helpful and obliging. The staff were so helpful, couldn't do enough for you. We payed the same for a lovely room and swimming pool that we would have paid for a grim hostel. Dog was lovely!!. Lovely modern clean room (when you book deluxe), which are great value for money when booked over the internet in advance. Quite and well maintained. Lovely spot right next to beach with a pool bar and pool table Rooms were spot on and great for the money. clean and comfortable. looks lovely. good for relaxing by the pool. Great service from staff, lovely huts worth the money. The owners are really helpful & the rooms are modern, also a good size. The water was nice and warm & good pressure with the shower. There are about 20 English films also installed on the tele which was really good for us as it rained a lot when we were there! Good location, just a shot walk from a 7/11 & some good restaurants. The pool was a good bonus too. Overall I would recommend as it's a good place to stay for Thai standards & the money your paying. The room are very neat and clean. Very comfort and big room for a person or 2. The facitilities are good and pool are awesome. Bungalow are one year old Good and cheap food at the restaurant. Very quiet location. We were the only guests. Reception was alleready close at 15pm. Not serving food bevause it was to quiet. Lady from te recepten couldnt stop talking and asking questions. The location is nog that good but for just 1 night it was ok. We booked for 2 nights but left after 1 night. They did arrange a taxi for us when leaving. I liked the room originally was clean and comfortable had everything you need wifi was in reception and know were else location was ok but a little far from anywhere. The rooms weren't cleaned at all during our stay so we didn't get clean towels or the bins emptied. There were a few ants in one of the rooms (which is probably expected in Thailand) but reception did provide ant spray to deal with the problem. The pool sent any white parts of swimming shorts or bikinis a strange green colour - this May have been the chlorine. The owner has a dog which can sometimes can pester you a bit when you're eating outside, but is cute all of the other time. There isn't always someone on reception but this isn't a problem as you can almost always find a member of staff to help you. These negative comments shouldn't be anything to worry about as the place is excellent on the whole. Definately will stay again!. Not really anything to complain about. Nothing to do with the resort but do not hire a motorbike from the people around the corner on the same side as the resort as they will try to rip you off. Ask Allan for best place for motorbike hire. It is a bit far to the centers. Therefore, you need to rent a moto. Otherwise, you have to walk to take a taxi. The beach is very near, however, it is not that much good to swim. When we arrived we were unhappy with our room, we asked the staff if there were other rooms available and we were told we could move to a poolside villa for 2 nights but then we would have to go back to the room we originally booked. On the second day another person came in looking for a room and was shown a different room when she left we asked if we could get the room for the remaining 2 nights and the staff were very hesitant to give it to us which was a bit frustrating!. Food was a little average and slow to come out and I got double charged on one occasion!. Didnt change towels everyday. There isnt alot do do near it would have to get taxis every where. Even the beach beside it isnt very nice just stayed by the pool all the time we were there. Big dog running around. Beds were hard. The bed was Rock hard!!!! Like sleeping on a slab of wood. There were also quite a few ants in the room & although they came in with some ant spray when we were out it didn't seem to make much difference. They don't clean the rooms, only change your towels when you ask them too. There are also a few dead bugs around. The resort should had the credit card payment facilities rather then cash payment. i didnt aspect the resort did not except credit cards. No tv in room No phone Only a cheap soap into the shower. Cold shower. Hard beds. Location. Way too far from everything. They have a massive dog called alex very annoying when you eat there because he is begging for food food wasn't great and took ages to come but they didn't have a chef at the time because she was in a car accident! Pool was filthy and will change the colour of your clothes they refused to clean our room after the full moon party as there was sand on the floor and in the bed we were there for 5 nights and they didn't clean once untill I litrally had an argument with the owner.
