best I've seen so far. The breath-taking view of the mountains. -

η εξυπηρετηση - efficiency of staff, helpfulness, comfort of room, - The hotel was excellent - the staff were extremely friendly and helpful; the breakfast was lovely, the room was very nicely decorated; the attention to detail was excellent. Definately far superior to other 4 star hotels we have stayed in, even better than some 5 star hotels.

Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure your
needs are met and you are well looked after. From getting around the
city to preparing a very early breakfast before you leave for the
airport. This was my 3rd stay at the hotel and it is consistently
excellent. The Spa and rooftop pool overlooking the city - Spectacular!! -

... τι λέει ο κόσμος » f were outstanding. Friendly, helpful and efficient. On arrival late at night I asked them for a meeting room for the next morning and it was arranged within ten minutes. Room was spacious and well appointed. I didn't try the pool or spa but I will next time. This is an absolutely top class hotel.

The hotel is very quaint and is located perfectly near main train station and old city. If you are looking for a conventional hotel and all it's amenities then Helvetia not for you. This is a boutique hotel and our room was the apartment, was great, and spacious. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant there is excellent

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, nicely located. Amazing is the sound isolation, the hotel is located in the heart of the city with trams running next to it, still if you close the windows, nothing will disturb you. -
Fabulous breakfast with a wide choice. I especially liked the design of the rooms and the 'integrated' shower space.

We loved the room and balcony with nice view. The room and bathroom was
spacious and very user- friendly combined with excellent design, color
and form. Great to have a Nespresso machine in room as well as Ihome
system for music. Our room was equipped with canvas bag with towels,
bathrobe and slippers and allowed free entry to the spa and gym area

It is chic and fab amidst the west side of city. Maria the receptionist is very great and helpful. Others are also. Hotel locates in the remote area, no shopping center, no super market. But we can take ride on tram in front of the hotel for 10 minutes to city center. Tram no.4 dictates you to city centef and elsewhere of tourist attraction of Zurich, except you wanna expand adventures to urban area. We got the room that did not match the internet photo. We did not make complaint but validated -
the design of overall hotel is brilliant. i stayed there on Thursday and Friday. Every night in the foyer they had a lovely not very loud music - club music. On friday evening there was a table tennis tournament - just brilliant for me as I love table tennis. Room design is great very very cosy. Window had an automated sunblinds, you press the button and in 30 seconds you are in darkness. All light in the room can be turned off using switches next to bed, so don't have to get of the bed to turn

ειναι συγχρονο και με ανετους χωρους - The staff (in particular Thomas) was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the services were top notch. Food quality in the restaurant was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! - Very nice room with styl

Clean, quiet room, comfortable bed, fresh and modern hotel decor, reliable high speed Internet, lobby snack bar, convenient to trains and International airport, free airport shuttle bus, exceptionally friendly staff - Room was good, bathroom also. Breakfest really nice and service perfect.

Πολύ κεντρικό σημείο και προσεγμένα δωμάτια, αν και μικρά - I particularly liked the fact that there was a Nespresso coffee machine in my room which made excellent coffee. Located opposite the Hallenstadion, perfect if you are going to a
concert or visiting a convention/exhibition. Less than 10 minutes
away from the Oerlikon station, it also has a bus stop right in front.
Breakfast is free for the under 12 years old. -
