η εξυπηρετηση - efficiency of staff, helpfulness, comfort of room, - The hotel was excellent - the staff were extremely friendly and helpful; the breakfast was lovely, the room was very nicely decorated; the attention to detail was excellent. Definately far superior to other 4 star hotels we have stayed in, even better than some 5 star hotels.

The hotel is a short walk from the station, the staff are very kind and friendly and there is a nice atmosphere. Although Hotel Marta is functional, plain and simple, everything is of high quality (beds, pristine bathrooms etc.). In the lobby there is a hotel computer and free tea available around the clock. The breakfast buffet does not have a wide choice but again the food is of high quality, plentiful and perfectly substantial and everything spotlessly clean. Highly recommended.

The staff was very helpful. I was leaving before breakfast so they packed me a breakfast. The room was bright, clean, modern. It was a pleasure to stay in and I highly recommend it. I will stay there the next time I am in Zurich!

The offer that I had was fairly good value.
Zurich is expensive, and the price was ok for what was on offer.
The location is a short (10- 14 Minute) tram ride from the centre, with a tram stop more or less outside the hotel.
Breakfast good but expensive if not included with the package, and a "quick" breakfast on offer.
The hotel was quiet.
The bar was functional, and barstaff friendly.
I would probably stay there again

The hotel is very quaint and is located perfectly near main train station and old city. If you are looking for a conventional hotel and all it's amenities then Helvetia not for you. Big appartment with a real kitchen, not a kitchenette. With a (small)
dishwasher! Smart way to distribute keys: no reception necessary, guests
can arrive any time of day. A very economical way to stay in Zurich. -

The apartment was in walking distance from the old town and the city. The Internet was great. The kitchen was nice and modern though the oven tray was not clean. -
Clean and reactive team to fix the few issues. Parking in the area quite easy at night.
