  Everything was perfect! A room was a little bit small but very clean and with a big balcony. Anyway they managed to put an extra bed for our child. Very nice design, new hotel, bathroom is very good, new and clean. The meal was included, not a lot of choice but very good with home made jam. We called and they came to open the door for us. The decoration inside is outstanding. It is modern, but made with classical materials. Very nice !

  They allowed us to check in early since our room was ready. There was fresh fruit and water waiting for us in the room. The room had a nice view and refrigerator. The staff was very friendly and knew English very well which was helpful for us. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed the downstairs restaurant for dinner.   The staff were so friendly especially the manager. I could not speak French or German but he made me feel like I was very welcome. The breakfast was superb and the room was very clean and very nice. The location was excellent. I also loved Gstaad so much, it was such a beautiful place. - We loved everything about our stay. We stayed in the superior suite which was perfect for a family with children.
