  The staff, esecially Bea (front desk), Zora (front desk), Dragana(lounge) & Willy (Piano player). These individuals were exceptional, with superb people skills. My room was on the top floor and I had an excellent view of the Matterhorn. The hotel is in close proximity to the downtown area and places of interest. The train station is close but nevert - We loved the hotel and the location. The staff was very friendly and unquestionably efficient. The spa was first rate with an amazing pool, Jacuzzi and a northern style sauna. We thoroughly enjoyed this aspect. We made full use of the kitchen facility since we were a couple with 6 (hungry!)college age kids. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen.   We stayed at the hotel in order to visit Zermatt. This is the last place where you can get your car. Parking is free, which is an important issue in the calculation of vacation. The hotel is 2oo meters from the train to Zermatt. Hotel apartment type and study alone just fine. Breakfast is good. The staff is extremely friendly. Our intention was to... τι λέει ο κόσμος » go to Gornegrat as guests of the hotel we got a discount on tickets to about 25%, which meant a lot to us. The hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere. - Stayed for 2 nights and used as a base to explore Zermatt and the matterhorn glacier trail, glacier paradise and gornergrat. It is a short walk between hotel and the regular zermatt shuttle train. Staff were friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere in the bar/restaurant. Very good breakfast. Nice room. Good facilities. Really enjoyed out short stay here. Even let us keep our car on the premises for the full day of check out at no cost.

Didn't have the balcony because of the late booking, but anyway great views from sparkling clean windows. Breakfast ok. Excellent breakfast selection. Quellenhof Pass offers good value for money, if you want to eat inhouse, enjoy the Walliser Alpentherme (spa) and/or use the funiculars of Leukerbad.

  Very good meals - we took half board which is a good thing to do in Switzerland. Service by staff excellent. A very nice stay and would go back. - Holidays start at arrival in the hotel with a welcome drink. Breakfast and diner are superclass.
