Very nice and helpful staff. Fabulous hotel. - The staff was wonderful. Great first impression with a welcome drink brought to our room. Breakfast buffet, internet, and use of e bikes for no additional charge.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff were incredibly nice and attentive. Especial details such as candies in the lobby, apples and even the fact that they changed the rugs in the elevator with the day of the week printed. The girls in the reception were extremely helpful especially the one who helped me find the nearest phone shop
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » and the one that suggested the outlet in Mendrisio - We arrived early, but were promptly given rooms. While they finalized they details, we were given coffee and biscuits. Service was excellent. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were all very pleasant. We felt like we had the run of the house. I visited with friends for a girl's get away, but will definitely return with my husband and daughters!

Stayed there 2nights and one day going south. We had a marvellous view
from our room over the lake. It was a spacious family room with a
balcony and a nice terrace. Great breakfast (included fresh fruit,
yoghurt, muesli, different kinds of bread, etc. ) Small kids playground,
and a tiny place down at the lake where you can swim. During the day we
went to Ascona on the lake side where we rented a pedalo (waterfiets)
with slide for an hour. Kids (6 and 8) thought they were in paradise!

Great welcome and very friendly owner. Beautiful house with big sunny garden to eat breakfast. Perfect location for climbing and biking in Val Colla and surroundings. Great room with sunset light on the balcony. Comfortable bed. Excellent tips for local food and wines. Will certainly return there if passing thourgh Tesserette. 25 min with the Bike

They have given us a well-prepared baby travel crib for our little one in our room, which has included a bed sheet, a duvet and a pillow for our 8 months old daughter!
The hotel has also offered toiletries in the bathroom such as shower gel/shampoo, shower cap, nail polisher, shoehorn...etc. Very thoughtful for the guests! -

Clean and comfortable room. Central location in the old town. If travelling by bus from Lucarno, turn back up the street to the post office on the corner. Turn left and the hotel is approx 100 metres on your left, a 5 min walk.
