My husband & I stayed with Fritz & Gabi in June for a week. The chalets are beautifully decorated and well equipped. It is just on the edge of Wilderswil away from the main road but within easy walking distance of the centre and train station, it's a perfect base for exploring the Jungfrau region. Gabi and Fritz are very nice people, very friendly and helpful. We have planned our 2 days according to suggestions by Fritz and it turned out to be 2 perfect days for us. Fritz also tried to book a ski course for us which we have highly benefited.
Building and room is pretty new, very clean and comfortable.
Location is also very convenient, close to Interlaken, close to mountains, ski areas and to railway station.
Breakfast is good with home made jams and bread from Gabi.

Very nice hotel, and a nice room. The food is delicious with local products, the staff very very nice and friendly. We had a beautiful room with a very nice view on the lake. Amazing outside whirpool, nice staff, excellent food. On arrival reception offered to pay for upgrade to better room with Jungfrau view for 80 CHF/day, we agreed, then offered to upgrade to Junior suite for 200 CHF, we refused. Then they upgareded us to Junior suite free of charge. It was pleasant. - Very nice hotel.

Hotel with lots of character. Super clean rooms, spotless in fact! Large spacious rooms with sitting area, small bathroom but ok for our needs. Fab view of the fairytale castle. Although it is slightly away from the town centre, there's a free bus service (hourly) to/from the hotel which takes you there in a few minutes. Its pretty easy to get to the hotel downhill, uphill is when you want to use the bus;

I don't like the hotel near busy streets. So, I chose this place. The locaition is ideal. Not too far, not too close to the central area. The view from my room was amazing. You can get the northface of Eiger if you have a southfacing room. I think it is worth that much.

Hotel Viktoria Reuti Hasiberg is across the street from the cable car station. The cable car goes right above our room's porch. Quite a spectacle. The room is clean and reasonably spacious. The view from the rooms patio was superb. We could see the Reickenbach falls. The food was also excellent and relatively good value.
We will stay again. It is close to cable cars to the Alpen Tower and of course to Meirengen. The hotel does have good parking once you get there.

The sincerity and hospitality shown by he and his staff wastruly wonderful and made our three night stay in Interlaken all the morememorable.
