  Amazing outside whirpool, nice staff, excellent food. On arrival reception offered to pay for upgrade to better room with Jungfrau view for 80 CHF/day, we agreed, then offered to upgrade to Junior suite for 200 CHF, we refused. Then they upgareded us to Junior suite free of charge. It was pleasant. - Very nice hotel.

  Excellent hotel. It was just remodeled and in perfect condition. The owners were outstanding and very helpful with sites to see in the area. - The friendly and helpful staff who made us very welcome, and the excellent service and accommodation we enjoyed there.

  It was in a great area plenty of shopping. Great view close to the mountains and a spectacular waterfront. - The staff are amazing, the hotel was awesome and very reasonably priced. Fantastic holiday.

  We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Michael was fantastic ever willing to help in planning our day trips. Always with a cheerful smile. This is a family run hotel and I must say that it is the best hotel within the star rating that it has. They were able to tell us down to the bus times what we should see which was excellent as we only had two nights there.
