The hotel size is intimate although it has more than 50 rooms. The staff is very personal and attentive. The quality of the facilities is impeccable and the location was ideal for staying in the village, without being inside and hearing any noise.

This is an outstanding location, absolutely isolated from all noise and modern pollution. Just outstanding mountain scenery enjoyed from a comfortable historic building. A fine base for hiking, and for visiting the fascinating underground power stations.

The location is excellent, with stunning view over the dam and mountains, parking in front of the hotel. Very clean room with big bathroom, sense of detail. Friendly english speakng stuff, always prepared to help.. finally, the dinner menu was excellent.

Everything was perfect!
A room was a little bit small but very clean and with a big balcony. Anyway they managed to put an extra bed for our child. Very nice design, new hotel, bathroom is very good, new and clean. The meal was included, not a lot of choice but very good with home made jam. Good location to go to mountains where we found out sever

We arrived at 10 pm, not knowing the reception closed at 8pm. We called and they came to open the door for us.
The decoration inside is outstanding. It is modern, but made with classical materials. Very nice !

Rooms were very comfortable, well designed and well decorated, and with balconies (in our case looking onto a beautiful view). Large TV and very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. There was an excellent sauna and pool area and best of all was the outdoor heated pool with a wonderful view of the mountains opposite!

We loved everything about the hotel. The facilities were wonderful and the food was delicious. We absolutely loved the different types of sauna and the heated outdoor pool. -

The owners welcomed us personally the first day there...and maintained their interest in our well-being throughout our 1-week stay. have our "Confirmed" booking from letsbookhotel.com However, they

It is a wonderful hotel at a wonderful place. The room is very tidy and clean and spacious. They offer the free bus pass within the town and 2 special coins each person per day that can be used on the automatic washing machine & drier or for two cups of hot drinks like some kinds of coffee and tea and even chocolate drink.

One of the best backpacking/ low budget places to stay. Location is great (close to everything - 2 min walk to seriously...everything), but is also very quiet. Staff are helpful (and even remember if you've been there before). facilities are great for a hostel and the breakfast is better than some 4/5 star hotels offer. Heaps of things to do locally in all types of weather. And they also have washing machines and driers (a rare commodity in not only Interlaken, but a lot of Swiss towns). S
