It was a fantastic experience staying at the hotel. The staff were
excellent and very welcoming. Special mention has to be made about
Daniel Koester, Owner and Manager who personally welcomed us. The hotel
saw to it that we lacked for nothing. The hotel is sheer elegance, the

The hotel size is intimate although it has more than 50 rooms. The staff is very personal and attentive. The quality of the facilities is impeccable and the location was ideal for staying in the village, without being inside and hearing any noise.

Rooms were very comfortable, well designed and well decorated, and with balconies (in our case looking onto a beautiful view). Large TV and very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. There was an excellent sauna and pool area and best of all was the outdoor heated pool with a wonderful view of the mountains opposite!

We loved everything about the hotel. The facilities were wonderful and the food was delicious. We absolutely loved the different types of sauna and the heated outdoor pool. -

have our "Confirmed" booking from letsbookhotel.com However, they

The staff is exemplary and the views are stunning. Annamarie and Justin are engaging and accommodating hosts while Carlos looks after every detail in the dining room. The hotel offers very easy access to the Kleine Scheidegg and the Jungfraujoch and has the most incredible views of the Jungfrau and the waterfalls along the Lauterbrunnen Valley walls. Very highly recommended.

Despite the fact that there wasn't a lift, the young kitchen hand took our very heavy suitcases up to our room. We enjoyed the welcome, the beautifully cooked evening meals, including
a lovely crocodile Thai soup! Delicious. It was part of some Australian
specials. There were also many Swiss dishes on the menu. The breakfast
buffet was good with perfectly cooked boiled eggs. The location was
perfect for train to Wengen or to drive to other places. Ursula was very
attentive as we're all her staff. The bedrooms were good and the
beds extremely comfortable. Very clean. We will return in the spring.
