Obstinately clean and comfortable hotel. Best choice for hiking and ski. With the help of owner, we also saw the famous Steinbock not far from the hotel. -

Very clean throughout and helpful front desk. Attached restaurant had good food and views.
Pass supplied free which covered all railways, lifts and cable cars in the area.
Good breakfast buffet.
Overall this hotel would be good value anywhere in Europe, but especially so given it's in Switzerland.

This is an extraordinary place sitting all by itself in a mountain valley looking at many glaciers. Dinner by the window with the setting sun is an unforgettable experience! Getting there I would recommend the smaller horse carriage. It is worth the money to relax and not be "stuffed" into the larger carriages. -

Excellent location, few meters from the the ski storage room and the bus stop - transport directly to many cable cars in the area of St. Moritz.

This hotel is located in Pontresina, but still this place is really good to start hiking/skiing (there are many course from Pontresina), it is really convenient for us since the purpose of visit was to go hiking, and eventually we got better price than centre of St.Moritz!

The room was really clean and modern, but what was most amazing for us is free usa -
The hotel was bright, modern, spotlessly clean, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent and the free to guests community centre pool and spa were wonderful. Pontresina is very central to the Engadine hiking areas and more affordable than St. Moritz. The free summer lift pass for the mountains was a welcome and unexpected bonus.
