New bathrooms, really clean and tidy in general and we got a nice view
of the river Rhine. Owner was lovely and gave us a map of the place
and details about the falls, which we were there to see. Relaxing
little town too. -

I have stayed at the Kronenhof on several occasions with my 8 year old
daughter. The hotel is well located within a 5 minute walk to the train
station, the staff are very friendly and helpful and there is an
excellent selection of what to eat and the the choice between two styles
of restaurant. It is always nice to be recognized as a returning gue

and that's the case at the Kronenhof. -
What a lovely hotel, which belied its 3 stars. We were lucky enough to have a room overlooking the castle view and although the room wasn't luxury, it was comfortable. There is a smart bar where you can watch people arriving for the concerts in the church next door and the location of the hotel is superb. We didn't eat there, but breakfast was okay.

The attitude of the staff was outstanding. I had paid for a room in a dormitory which slept 6, on a bunk bed. When I arrived, they put me in my own room, with sink, tv etc. because they told me that the only person staying in the room I had booked was an unpleasant character. In addition, when they noticed me piling things on the floor next to my

The location is easily accessible from the train station and is right in the middle of the old town. The kitchenette was helpful, wifi available. Most important of all, staff was extremely friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Spacious rooms with comfy beds; had the 4-bed-room to myself, very clean
room and common bathrooms; Wifi worked in all rooms and was fast;
directly behind the station, so you are in the city within 1 min -
The room and beds were great, lots of space and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on.

The hostel (SYHA) was great - 500 year old castle on huge grounds (the main door is original too), with stables, childrens play area, outdoor foosball and some awesome trees. It's not so big as to get lost inside and there are not huge dorm rooms like other hostels. And the area was quiet, you wont even know there are other houses around.
