  The hotel was right on the lakefront/harbor with a great view from the lakeview room. The underground parking was great for a car trip stop and access to the hotel/lobby was easy and well laid out. The dining area was modern and well organized and the food at dinner and breakfast was excellent. Again was 100% with the room, especially with bed and pillows. Love design of the room. My mother stayed of the standard room and it was also very nice. Location of the hotel, imho, is better than in the city center - you are close to the lake and can enjoy it. Getting to every part of the city is sipmle - 2 min walk to Metro station. And a small supermarket nearby.

The a/c was a fantastic bonus given that we were there during a major European heat wave and not everywhere we stayed had a/C. - Glorious location, beautiful setting, great access to public transport into Lausanne.   A very nice hotel! Must have been newly renovated because the inside was very clean and looked new. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast (included in the rate) was very good.
