  The owners were wonderful.. We had experienced a travel related problem and the owners were incredibly kind and helpful in helping us resolve all our related problems. The location is right by the train station but tucked away on a quiet street so you have the convenience of being near all transportation but without all the noise.   I liked everything about this hotel. The staff were welcoming and supremely friendly. The hotel has a simple charm, with curving staircases to the rooms, with water and tea bars and internet stations on each landing. The rooms are simple enough but comfortable. Self service breakfast, just help yourself from the fridge (ham and cheese), cereals, yoghurt, bread, coffee maker etc. Cooker available, also a dishwasher.
