  Very luxurious. Very professional, friendly, attentive staff. Big, spacious, beautiful and modern room. Excellent bathroom, probably the best I've seen so far. The breath-taking view of the mountains. - Truly enjoyed time at the hotel despite the price! Spa/pool/sauna and view from the balcony was especially great.   Lovely hotel, perfect location but the staff was a standout. All of them were genuine and helpful. In particular the concierge, Ishaq Gardizy, was amazing. I found myself with the opportunity to travel to Geneva for CERN open days and was in an unplanned rush of sorts. He was excellent at helping me get where I needed to be when I needed to be. On... τι λέει ο κόσμος » my way out I was sleepy and left my music player. Within days of arriving back in NYC he'd sent it. This is customer service. I will be back. - The room I booked, though expensive, has the value. The overall feeling of interior, river & city view are excellent. Hotel location is also good. The machine that provides fresh orange juicy for breakfast is outstanding. The adjustable bed is considerate. In-room Wi-fi is now available & free ( it was not ).

  Excellent staff, restaurant, and architecture/design. My room was outstanding and competitively priced. The hotel location is convenient. You have a new regular client. - this hotel is pure class - yes it's expensive but you do get what you pay for at the Widder
