  Excellent facilities, good clean rooms, friendly staff who spoke English (sadly I do not speak german) and a good location for getting into the centre of Zurich and the Bahnhof (tram outside the door - tickets available from reception).   Booked a single room, got a huge double one. Checked in earlier than I expected. Excellent breakfast. The location, while not excellent, is very good - the bus/tram station is right in front of the hotel, with a tram ride to the center taking 7 minutes. I had no trouble getting there even late in the evening.
