η εξυπηρετηση - efficiency of staff, helpfulness, comfort of room, - The hotel was excellent - the staff were extremely friendly and helpful; the breakfast was lovely, the room was very nicely decorated; the attention to detail was excellent. Definately far superior to other 4 star hotels we have stayed in, even better than some 5 star hotels.

Excellent facilities, good clean rooms, friendly staff who spoke English (sadly I do not speak german) and a good location for getting into the centre of Zurich and the Bahnhof (tram outside the door - tickets available from reception). Have stayed there at least twice before and can thoroughly recommend this Hotel as a base for exploring not only

Liked the elegant restaurant area and the reception. Soft classical music, comfortable chairs and free tea and coffee on request. Also found the staff to be very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Perfect location for business at ETH and good restaurants nearby, well removed from very busy Old Town. -

The staff was very friendly and nice, even though there was a small mix
up regarding whether we were staying in Lucerne or Zurich. When we

This was a great apartment for a visit to Zurich with friends. The location is perfect. The apartment is a very short walk away to main train station and the Bahnhofstrasse, and is located in the middle of the Niederdorf area. Tons of bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment was very clean (I would expect nothing less in Switzerland!) and the staff was on time in meeting us to give us the key. We liked the location, that they have carpark (even if it costs a little extra), there was wi-fi (and it worked the whole time).

The size of the room is umbelieveble! The room is huge, comfortable, very well-structured. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Served in room at my convenience, was very reforced and quality products. The staff is perfect, everybody was so gentle and caring during my stay. Totally recommend and certainly would stay here again.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room was newly redone and was comfortable and had all of the conveniences one would want. The restaurants are very nice and have great food. Everything was very stylish and beautiful. Stuff was very amicable. They wanted to help and in the same time they watch your eyes, not your pocket. -
