η εξυπηρετηση - efficiency of staff, helpfulness, comfort of room, - The hotel was excellent - the staff were extremely friendly and helpful; the breakfast was lovely, the room was very nicely decorated; the attention to detail was excellent. Definately far superior to other 4 star hotels we have stayed in, even better than some 5 star hotels.

What a great hotel! The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, with nice decor. We had a wonderful view down the river, and overlooking wonderful Zurich. Excellent facilities, good clean rooms, friendly staff who spoke English (sadly I do not speak german) and a good location for getting into the centre of Zurich and the Bahnhof (tram outside the door - tickets available from reception). Have stayed there at least twice before and can thoroughly recommend this Hotel as a base for exploring not only

The apartment is really central - walking distance from Bahnhof train station, a five minute tram ride from the zoo, two minutes walk from the river, five minutes walk from the lake, surrounded by lovely street cafés. Well equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, and full kitchen - great for travelling with the family -

This was a great apartment for a visit to Zurich with friends. The location is perfect. The apartment is a very short walk away to main train station and the Bahnhofstrasse, and is located in the middle of the Niederdorf area. Tons of bars and restaurants nearby. Very convenient to the Hauptbahnhof and a short walk to the Bahnhofstrasse. Also close to the Niederdorf without all of the noise. Our 4 nights there were great! - I liked my stay; good hotel, excellent location, clean room, very nice breakfast buffet.

the Upgrade to a beautiful suite overlooking Zurich with a panoramic view. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. - Very co-operative and understandable counter staff (Beatriz).
