  this is probably the best hotel in basel. room and bathroom are spacious. the river view room is magnificent. restaurants offer great food. staff are well experienced and helpful. everything is just beautiful. - The quiet. The view of the river. The location in old town and next to tram stop. The gourmet restaurant.

  Large room, very clean, nice view, very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is very close to the airport. I called for the shuttle which took us directly to the hotel in less than 5 min. There is a bus stop just 1min away from the hotel which takes you directly to the city center. I just had an excellen^t experience. I did not have time to visit ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » the casino though. - Staff was extremely courteous and helpful (despite the fact that I arrived in the middle of the night) and the service is excellent (you even get a free Basle travel pass). Access to the nice, quiet and spacious business centre proved ideal for my needs. The hotel is not on the cheap side, but as it is 1st class throughout, value is outstanding.
