Excellent service. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel clean. Breakfast buffet superb. Location may appear to be remote and in an industrial area, but during our stay we did not notice that, using the exceptional public transport links to travel into central Zurich was very easy. The frequent bus 781 from stop Riedbach outside the hotel takes about 6 minutes to Oerlikon Bahbhof. Which is then just 6 minutes to Zurich HB by the many, even more frequent trains. They exceeded my expectations in overall quality. The staff was fast and efficient. The welcome tray of chocolates and water was much appreciated as was the free wired internet service. - Everything is brand new (I'm writing Aug 2008). The rooms are super clean, and the place has a modernist cool-hotel look. It was very easy to stay there.

We were put in the Best Western part of the facility because the Flexihome was full. It turned out to be lucky for us since we were told the Flexihome Apts. are very small and not nearly as nice as the Best Western right in front of it. The restaurant was also very nice but a bit expensive.

The Fujiya an Edo Garden are great restaurants. I'm always looking forward to my next stay. The hotel is small, quiet and clean. Very warm and helpful staff and a good chinese restaurant and anexcellent bar. This hotel is conveniently located close to the Zurichairport from where there is good train connectivity to Zurich hb andother locations. - Perfect Airport hotel, two double beds which was great as we had an 8 and 3 year old, good special offer price helped

Good and helpfull staff. Room consider actually two rooms, sleeping room and tv room. rooms were big. - The hotel was excellent but the staff were the best part - they were friendly and extremely helpful.

Great design hotel with such friendly and helpful staff (especially the bar that share shots with you when you arrive at closing time!). Felt both sleek and intimate which is hard balance to get right. Having visited Zurich before and only ever stayed in the centre it was great to get to know the 4th. On the street of the hotel heading into the

A very nice, modern and comfortable hotel in the quartel, where ordinary people are living, away from the tourist zones. Some restaurants (italian, chinese...) within the walking distance, also a nice hammam open till 11 p.m. Good public communication, even if you have to walk a little bit, by bus to the main railway station, by tram to the centre and by s-bahn to the airport. Very modern design of the rooms, quiet location (the back building) and the tree forest from the back.
