  We arrived early and were allowed to access our rooms. The staff were friendly and more than happy to help us with any queries and meet our needs. The elegance of the hotel and the cleanliness of the rooms was a great touch to an enjoyable stay in Bern.   We really liked the facilities offered at the hotel, eg. Freetea/coffee station, gym, laundry facilities, great breakfast, easyaccess to station - Good access to the train station and old town including restaurants, bars and shopping. Good breakfast - better than the basic buffet we normally expect in a 3* hotel.

  It was clean and had large windows you could open, so even though there was no air conditioning, it was ok even in Aug. The room wasn't huge, nor was the shower in the bathroom, but it was very clean and had good water pressure in the shower. We enjoyed it. - great modern styled room just as the pictures. What more could you want? Bern is a beautiful old city in a beautiful country. Enjoy!
